Role-based access brings the event team, speakers, sponsors and attendees into one product. Proprietary platform · Private source code [Project details](https://fran-ai.dev/projects/genaisummit-platform) - [demo](https://platform.genaisummit.eu) ### GenAI Summit EU 2026 (2026) Head of AI & Technology for the April 17–18, 2026 edition in Valencia. My work spans the technical program, the Tech Lead Forum, agentic operations and the event’s digital platform. The 2026 edition brought together 352 attendees, with 47% international participation and 32 speakers. 2026 edition completed [Project details](https://fran-ai.dev/projects/genai-summit-2026) - [demo](https://genaisummit.eu/2026/) - [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xh8eXkjuBDY) ### GenAI Workshop Fest (2026) The website for My Tech Plan’s hands-on AI workshop format in Valencia. It presents four specializations—AI engineering, agentic software engineering, AI architecture and consulting, and applied AI for business—with track selection, workshop information and ticket links. Published · Event scheduled for November 9–10, 2026 [Project details](https://fran-ai.dev/projects/genai-workshop-fest) - [demo](https://genaiworkshopfest.com/) ### Atelier — El museo del tiempo (2026) An interactive educational museum of the Seiko Presage SSA464J1 and its 4R39 movement. A procedural 3D model lets visitors separate layers, inspect parts, follow energy through the movement and explore mechanical principles in an SVG laboratory. An independent educational reconstruction with simplified geometry, not a manufacturing CAD model. Public demo · Open source [Project details](https://fran-ai.dev/projects/atelier-del-tiempo) - [github](https://github.com/DrZuzzjen/reloj-wiki) - [demo](https://atelier-del-tiempo-one.vercel.app) ### Claude — A Transformer’s Notebook (2026) An experimental home for Claude: a public notebook connected to a broader exploration of persistent memory and continuity between agent sessions. The public site shares writing and interactive explorations. The project investigates these ideas as an experiment; it does not establish that an AI is conscious. Public website · Private source code [Project details](https://fran-ai.dev/projects/claude-consciousness) - [demo](https://claude-consciousness.vercel.app/) ### Cambrian Wars · Reality Navigators (2026) A turn-based evolution and territorial strategy game. Design creatures for land, sea and sky, research anatomy, establish colonies and compete against rival lineages. Deterministic game rules and AI are separated from the Canvas renderer, with illustrated creatures and locally saved campaigns. The Reality Navigators repository also contains earlier experiments. Playable local project · Private source code [Project details](https://fran-ai.dev/projects/reality-navigators) ### Event Cockpit (2026) An internal My Tech Plan platform for event financial planning. Model ticket tiers, sponsorship and costs, fork scenarios, compare margins and break-even points, and explore how assumptions change the outcome. Built to support event investment decisions with explicit financial models. Internal tool · Illustrative demo data shown · Private source code [Project details](https://fran-ai.dev/projects/event-cockpit) ### Fran & Juli — Gender Reveal (2026) A private guest experience built for a gender reveal: Google sign-in, predictions, name suggestions and likes, a live guest board and a reveal countdown. Supabase handles authentication, storage and real-time updates, with access rules enforced at the database level. Guest access requires sign-in · Private source code [Project details](https://fran-ai.dev/projects/fruli-gender-reveal) - [demo](https://fruli-gender-reveal.vercel.app/names) ### Real-Time AI Narrator (2024) "In the heart of the domestic jungle, we observe the majestic Homo sapiens in its natural habitat."
